Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Muggnest is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Delayed Deliveries

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
